    Ranking Cloud Computing Criteria in Developing Electronic Communications Services Using MCDM

    The main purpose of this study was ranking cloud computing criteria in developing electronic communications services using multiple-criteria decision analysis methodology (MCDM). This correlational research was applied in terms of purpose. Statistical population of the study included ICT experts of the steel industry in Yazd province (industrial experts), among which, 312 individuals were selected using purposeful nonprobability (judgmental) sampling method. Considering the conducted investigations and critically reviewing the related books and articles, the variables, criteria, and scales were identified using cloud computing technology. To analyze the data, MCDM and fuzzy logic calculations were utilized in Expert Choice software. According to the results and considering fuzzy calculations related to the capabilities of cloud computing in developing electronic communications services, the most important criteria in the "IT management in steel industries" cluster having (A) network code was "communicating with steel industries` costumers" having (AB) network code and fuzzy network weight equal to 0.096; the most important criteria in "cloud computing capabilities" cluster having (B) network code were "reducing steel industries` costs" having (BA) network code and fuzzy network weight equal to 0.191; and "providing rapid services to steel industries` costumers" having (BB) network code and fuzzy network weight equal to 0.120. on the other hand, the most important criteria in "developing electronic communications services" cluster having (C) network code was "storing the data in electronic communications services" having (CD) network code and fuzzy network weight equal to 0.123, since based on fuzzy logic calculation, they had the highest fuzzy rank in Matlab programming environment regarding cloud computing capabilities in developing electronic communications services

    A New Model in Designing the Professional Competence System of the Petrochemical Industry with a Sustainable Development Approach

    The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize professional competency indicators and strategies to improve it in the petrochemical industry. This research is a combination because it uses qualitative and quantitative methods in order to collect and analyze data. To identify indices and indigenous components of professional competence, a qualitative and meta-analysis approach and in a quantitative approach, the fuzzy structural equation modeling method has been used in the petrochemical industry. Based on data, a new model with a sustainable development approach has been reached. Which includes the following components: Creativity and Innovation, General Professional Performance, Analytical Skills, Specific Professional Skills, General Professional Skills, Management Skills, Job Information and Awareness, Psychological Competencies, Perceived Self-Efficacy, Adaptability, Basic Expertise, Job Commitment, Professional attitude, tendency to career development, Intrinsic individual characteristics, Increasing factors, Intrinsic individual characteristics, Responsibility, Professional motivations. The results showed that the dimensions of psychological capabilities and general professional performance were located at the basic and lower levels and were identified as the main and most effective dimensions in the development of the most professional competence of the petrochemical industry. And the two elements of increasing competence and adaptability are the least important among the studied dimensions. The components of job information and awareness, career development desire, and managerial skills were identified as the most active components because these components have the highest interactions with other components

    Digital Marketing: A Unique Multidisciplinary Approach towards the Elimination of Viral Hepatitis

    New technologies are supported by the global implementation of the internet. These improvements have deeply affected various disciplines of sciences and consequently changed services such as daily business, particularly health sectors. Innovative digital marketing strategies utilize the channels of social media and retrieved user data to analyze and improve relevant services. These multidisciplinary innovations can assist specialists, physicians and researchers in diagnostic, prophylaxis and treatment issues in the health sector. Accordingly, compared to recent decades, health decision makers are more accurate and trustful in defining new strategies. Interestingly, using social media and mobile health apps in current pandemics of SARS-CoV-2 could be an important instance of the key role of these platforms at the local and global level of health policies. These digital technologies provide platforms to connect public health sectors and health politicians for communicating and spreading relevant information. Adding influencers and campaigns to this toolbox strengthens the implementation of public health programs. In 2016, the WHO adopted a global program to eliminate viral hepatitis by 2030. Recent constructive measures that have been used in the battle against COVID-19 could be adopted for the elimination of viral hepatitis program. The presented evidence in our narrative review demonstrates that the application of digital marketing tools to create campaigns on social media, armed with professional influencers, can efficiently consolidate this program. The application of different strategies in using these popular tools will raise the public awareness about viral hepatitis. Subsequently, the availability of an effective vaccine for HBV and antiviral medication for HCV can motivate the audience to take steps towards prophylaxis and screening methods against these infectious illnesses. The encouragement of health policy makers to apply digital communication technologies and comprehensive roadmaps to implement this global program will certainly decrease the burden of viral hepatitis worldwide

Esta investigaci贸n correlacional se aplic贸 en t茅rminos de prop贸sito. La poblaci贸n estad铆stica del estudio incluy贸 a expertos en TIC de la industria del acero en la provincia de Yazd (expertos industriales), entre los cuales, se seleccionaron 312 individuos utilizando el m茅todo de muestreo intencional no probabil铆stico (enjuiciador). Considerando las investigaciones realizadas y revisando cr铆ticamente los libros y art铆culos relacionados, las variables, criterios y escalas se identificaron utilizando tecnolog铆a de computaci贸n en la nube. Para analizar los datos, se utilizaron MCDM y c谩lculos de l贸gica difusa en el software Expert Choice. De acuerdo con los resultados y considerando c谩lculos difusos relacionados con las capacidades de la computaci贸n en la nube en el desarrollo de servicios de comunicaciones electr贸nicas, el criterio m谩s importante en el cl煤ster "Gesti贸n de TI en industrias sider煤rgicas" que ten铆a un c贸digo de red (A) era "comunicarse con los clientes de las industrias sider煤rgicas" tener un c贸digo de red (AB) y un peso de red difusa igual a 0.096; los criterios m谩s importantes en el cl煤ster de "capacidades de computaci贸n en la nube" con c贸digo de red (B) eran "reducir los costos de las industrias del acero" con un c贸digo de red (BA) y un peso de red difuso igual a 0,191; y "proporcionar servicios r谩pidos a los clientes de las industrias del acero" con un c贸digo de red (BB) y un peso de red difuso igual a 0,120. Por otro lado, el criterio m谩s importante en el cl煤ster de "desarrollo de servicios de comunicaciones electr贸nicas" con c贸digo de red (C) era "almacenar los datos en servicios de comunicaciones electr贸nicas" con c贸digo de red (CD) y peso de red difuso igual a 0.123, ya que basado en c谩lculo de l贸gica difusa, ten铆an el rango difuso m谩s alto en el entorno de programaci贸n Matlab con respecto a las capacidades de computaci贸n en la nube en el desarrollo de servicios de comunicaciones electr贸nicas
